You need a technician onsite to resolve a problem but you are at deadline. In many cases and with your permission, a Support Technician can log on to your computer and provide remote support. With your participation we can show methods on how to resolve printing problems and facilitate production. Through interactive training and trouble-shooting we provide a fast and valuable service at your request.
